Ernest Ast is a board-certified dermatologist, and an attending physician with more than 25 years of clinical experience treating patients with inflammatory & autoimmune dermatological disorders involving the skin, hair and nails; precancerous skin lesions and skin cancer. He is also an assistant clinical professor of dermatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and an attending physician in the Mount Sinai Health System.
Ernest Ast graduated from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine(Icahn School of Medicine), and completed resident training at the Mount Sinai Medical Center where I served as chief resident and recipient of a NIH research fellowship. He is also a clinical researcher, who has led Phase 1-4 clinical trials of pharmaceuticals intended-to-treat various dermatological disorders.
