Brigitte Smith, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology with licenses in New York and Florida. She completed her undergraduate education at University of Maryland, earning a Bachelor of Science in Family Science. Brigitte subsequently spent three impactful years at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, contributing to both administrative functions and daily clinic operations. Determined to advance her career, she pursued a Physician Assistant program at Touro University in NYC while simultaneously embracing motherhood. Brigitte found her passion for Dermatology during her rotation in the field, reinforcing her choice to specialize in this area. Brigitte graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies and has been honored with the Certificate of Reward for Outstanding Clinical Achievement.
Brigitte is an active member of professional organizations, including the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Jewish Association of Physician Assistants. Brigitte currently lives in Manhattan where she enjoys exploring new neighborhoods and trying new restaurants in her free time. She is also an avid traveler and completed her study abroad in Melbourne, Australia.
