Two years ago, I did not have any prior medical experience when I started working as a receptionist. In addition to working full time, I was also pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Administration. Within two weeks of graduating from college, I became a lead receptionist. By October I was already managing my own office and have gone from an Office Manager to a Multi-Site Manager to my current position Senior Manager all within a one-year span. Growing within the company has allowed me to hone my leadership skills and make many great connections with my teammates. It hasn’t been easy, but I am incredibly grateful to work for a company that values me.

After 4 years, I realized that I wanted to excel in my education in obtaining my Masters in Healthcare Administration. After completing my studies, I was offered a position here at TDS to become an Office Manager. TDS taught me to come out of my comfort zone, become a leader and most importantly learn to work with different personalities.
