Jeremy Nicoloff, PA-C is a seasoned and devoted bilingual (Spanish/English) healthcare provider with a passion for solving each patients individual dermatologic needs. After earning a bachelors of science degree at San Francisco State University while simultaneously completing a sports medicine internship he began his career as a dynamic medical provider for several intercollegiate athletic teams in the San Francisco bay area. After finishing that chapter of his health care career as the head of sports medicine, he attended the Duke University School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program where he continued his medical education and earned his masters of health science degree. As a PA he began a multifaceted career in orthopedics addressing a wide variety of acute, chronic and surgical cases. Seeking a new challenge and having been inspired by a long time friend and dermatology resident he transitioned to dermatology where he went on to complete SDPA fellowship training prior to studying under the mentorship of Dr. Sourab Choudhury and the many other talented Physicians and providers at TDS.
Jeremy’s wealth of medical experience seamlessly complements his dermatology acumen for clinical problem solving whether it be a procedural, cosmetic or clinical condition that needs to be addressed. His passion for the science of dermatology serves to strengthen his role as a competent clinician, talented patient educator, and lifelong student of medicine. He focuses on the importance of collaborating with both patients and other providers to optimize care of each individual patients needs.
When not practicing or studying dermatology Jeremy enjoys connecting with family and friends over a good meal, travel adventure or sporting event.
