Dr. Trevor Young grew up in Ohio and graduated magna cum laude from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry. He obtained his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. After completing an internship in pediatrics at Mount Sinai Hospital, he completed dermatology residency at the University of Pennsylvania, the top-ranked dermatology residency program in the country. While in residency, he trained with world experts in the field of dermatology and received extensive training in complex medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, and pediatric dermatology.
Dr. Young cares for patients of all ages with a wide breadth of dermatologic conditions. He understands the stress that can come with having a skin condition, and he strives to partner with his patients to develop personalized treatments that meet the goals of each individual patient. He has authored over twenty articles in top dermatology journals, and his research has focused on optimizing the care of eczema in children. Outside the office, he loves going to group fitness classes and trying new restaurants in the city.
