Raquel completed several months of training in the TDS fellowship program alongside many providers and is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Prior to joining The Dermatology Specialists, Raquel worked as a Dermatology medical assistant in New York City and gained experience during her Dermatology and Plastic Surgery clinical rotations. Her past experience as a medical assistant strengthened her passion for Dermatology and has allowed her to recognize and empathize with patients who struggle with various skin conditions.
Raquel Shadan is from Long Island, New York. During her free time, she enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
