Drink lots of water to keep youthful skin: Fact or Myth?

Staying hydrated will ensure your skin is more resistant to natural forces that can encourage aging. Environmental factors, such as the sun and wind, can easily target dehydrated skin. Hydration is the best way to protect our body’s innate immune system and increase skin turgor.
