Author: Dr. Bobby Buka

FACT: Our bodies are made up of 60% water and it’s critical to keep the hydration through all tissue types. Water is a critical component to cellular processes, not only in the liver, heart and lungs, but also in the skin – the body’s largest organ.
Staying hydrated will ensure your skin is more resistant to natural forces that can encourage aging. Environmental factors, such as the sun and wind, can easily target dehydrated skin. Hydration is the best way to protect our body’s innate immune system and increase skin turgor.
