This is certainly an unusual consequence of Perlane injections. Two mL, depending on where those injections were placed in your face, should have dissolved fully into the dermis and the subcutaneous fat of your face. Nodules like this are uncommon, especially since they are growing.
You may be having a tissue reaction to the hyaluronic acid, which forms some light fibrotic or scar tissue around those nodules. The other possibility is that the injections of hyaluronic acid didn’t blend smoothly into your skin, allowing the hyaluronic acid to clump up in certain areas.
In any event, please return to your injector to evaluate next moves which may include using a hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks up hyaluronic acid in order to smoothen these areas.
