In my estimation, the PicoSure laser is more effective than the NG: YAG laser. The PicoSure laser has a shorter wavelength and voltage, which allows it to have a more powerful delivery of energy deeper into the skin. For fewer sessions, as well as for challenging colors, such as reds and greens, I prefer the PicoSure Laser.
