Dr. Benjamin Reinhardt is a board-certified dermatologist who has been practicing in New York City since completing residency. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Stanford University in California. He then completed his medical degree and internship at Baylor College of Medicine in his hometown of Houston, TX. During his residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, he gained experience in treating diverse conditions of all skin types. Since moving to New York City, Dr. Reinhardt has seen patients of all ages and is excited to join the Dermatology Specialists.
While diagnosis and treatment may be the goal, Dr. Reinhardt understands that listening and communication are just as important in caring for a patient. Dr. Reinhardt values each of his patient relationships and strives to provide the most comprehensive care that he can as a dermatologist. Dr. Reinhardt treats a wide range of skin conditions with special interests in skin cancer, eczema, psoriasis, acne, and hair loss.
In his spare time, Dr. Benjamin Reinhardt is an avid cellist. His favorite composer is Debussy, although this often changes. He enjoys reading, traveling, exploring the city and trying new food, and learning Mandarin with his wife, who is also his Mandarin teacher.
