Boo Kyung Kim is a board-certified physician assistant with a passion for enhancing skin health and promoting confidence.
She started her educational journey at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology. Her journey into dermatology began as a medical assistant in the field, immersing herself in the realms of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. This hands-on experience fueled her passion and ignited a desire to further her expertise by pursuing a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Dominican University in Illinois.
Originally hailing from Chicago, Boo Kyung Kim has set her sights on contributing to the vibrant dermatological landscape of New York. With fluency in Korean, she is dedicated to serving diverse communities and providing comprehensive care tailored to individual needs as she understands the importance of skin health and overall well-being.
In her free time, she loves watching reruns of “Friends”, cherishing the value of laughter and connection. She also enjoys going on runs, a hobby that aligns with her commitment to holistic health.
