Landon Henriksen is a board certified physician assistant specialized in dermatology. He received his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the School of Medicine at the University of Utah, a competitive and rigorous program. He is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and has completed SDPA Dermatology fellowship program. He is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish and has volunteered hundreds of hours in medical interpretation for Spanish speaking patients. He spent two years living abroad in Argentina and received his Bachelor’s degree in Spanish.
Ensuring that every patient receives high quality care is important to Landon. He emphasizes educating his patients about their skin related concerns while taking time to answer questions. He is empathetic in his care and employs a patient-provider team based approach to address patient concern. Landon is well trained in evaluating and treating a wide spectrum of dermatologic complaints in all skin types. He sees patients for dermatology concerns including but not limited to acne, eczema, hair loss, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa and skin cancer. He performs biopsies, cyst extraction, lipoma removal and uncomplicated excision surgery. Among cosmetic procedures he is trained in Botox, lasers, micro-needling, chemical peels, and other aesthetic devices to aid his patients in feeling confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Landon Henriksen moved to NYC January 2023 from Salt Lake City, Utah. In his spare time he enjoys painting, adventuring the outdoors, gardening, exploring new restaurants, cooking and music.
