Samarth Saini is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology. Originally from Minnesota, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He subsequently worked as a medical assistant in Chicago, gaining valuable experience in patient care, treatment planning, and clinic operations before completing his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at the College of Saint Mary in Omaha.
Samarth is drawn to dermatology for its blend of science, precision, and artistry — an intersection which allows him to make a meaningful impact on his patient’s lives, both externally and internally. As a person of color, he is especially committed to reducing disparities in dermatologic care and ensuring accessible, high-quality treatment for patients of all skin tones. He is also fluent in Hindi due to his Indian heritage.
Samarth is an active member of both the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA) and the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA). He looks forward to building long-term partnerships with his patients, taking the time to approach every visit with empathy and to put an emphasis on shared decision-making. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling to new places, going out with friends, getting lost in a good book, cheering on the Vikings (skol!), and exploring what the city has to offer.
